From more than 30 years, SODERN has developed athermalised lenses according to customer requirements. After full qualification, these lenses are produced by SODERN in hundreds, even thousands of pieces. These lenses work in one or in a combination of visible, SWIR, MWIR and LWIR bands, and in laser lines. Available types of lenses are fixed-focal, zooms or multi-focal lenses, based on tele, wide-angle, fish-eye or catoptrics designs.

With proven technical solutions, the lenses withstand harsh environmental conditions, as required for integration aboard armoured vehicles, helicopter, fighter and tactical aircraft, or missiles.

Main applications : aerial optical reconnaissance, missile seekers, lasers or missile warning systems, laser targeting, telemetry or laser active imagery.
