CHEMICAL Identification
NEUTRON INDUCED PROMPT PHOTOMETER SYSTEM (NIPPS)
NIPPS was designed as a non-intrusive and transportable system dedicated to the detection and the identification of toxic chemicals. Today, NIPPS is relied upon by the OPCW (Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons). It features a DD neutron tube (without tritium) that simplifies transport regulatory requirements.
